CMYK Arquitectos provided services for this renovation interior project of. 90 sqm. The premises that the client demanded were to keep only 2 bedrooms and make the terrace the protagonist of the project.

Although it is a comprehensive reform (with changes in systems and facilities), an attempt is made to make a modification with the least possible impact to adjust to the proposed budget, but which in turn implies a radical change in the concept of housing.

The project is based on a strategic demolition that allows a longitudinal liberation of the spaces facing the street (busy and bright), thus reinforcing the connection with the almost 20 sqm terrace, which is the place where to enjoy spectacular sunsets after an intense day in Granada.

The 2 bedrooms next to the bathroom are kept in their original position facing the patio of lights, silent and in shadow.
