Chengdu Wuhou Yulin District Urban Design

Xhangshan mixed use development located in the City of Xhangshan, Zhejiang Province, China.

A very high-density development with a 74,775 sqm Wanda shopping mall, a 31,992 sqm specialty retail street, a residential community which can hold 839 families, and near 30,000 sqm office spaces, it’s underground parking garage with 2,519 parking spaces, with a total site is 172,630 sqm.

POD Design teamed with architectural design firm HH, completed the overall site planning and design, set up the theme for specialty retail street, and provided the detailed landscape and hardscape construction document.

The project is under construction now and scheduled to open in year 2021.
