Description:

Project built up area 20,600 sqm., with 2 Towers of 7 storey Condominiums, the two blocks are located along the site perimeter to maximize the central garden area. “Mori Haus” is located in the growing fringe of Bangkok near a canal, grassland, and residential area.

It is a challenge of fitting high-density dwellings into the local neighborhood and maintaining the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding.

SdA Awards:
• CRED award (China Real Estate Design Award) 2018- 2019 – Shortlist Under Architectural Design.
• Residential Project category, awarded by DJSER.com.
