Bleck & Bleck Architects provided services for this
project with an open kitchen design to showcase
the people and process and artistry behind the
food.
Narrow galley-style layout with four distinct dining
areas.
At the front of the restaurant, counter-top seating
at the bar and tables along the exposed brick, for
diners in the center of the restaurant, the private
24-seat dining room with two ornate steel wine
storage lockers.
The back dining room seats another 40 guests at
upcycled spooled table both the front and back
of the restaurant feature oversized garage-style
doors for al fresco dining.
