The project consists of Spa, Restaurants, Water Villas-Type-1-Blocks, Water Villas-Type-2-Blocks, Beach Villas, Apartment Blocks.

Over-water bungalow, floating bure, over-water villa… they have a lot of different names, but the concept is still the same.

An independent, detached building with just one guest room inside it or more, standing on stilts in the water. Most of the time, they’re arranged on both sides of a long dock that sticks out into the water and connects the bungalows with the land, these are not bungalows on little islands, but rather bungalows on stilts that actually sit in the water, the resort itself may be on its own private island, however, each over-water villa is its own separate unit.
