PIRATES DINNER THEATRE

DKY provided services for this 24,000 sq. ft. conversion of an existing dinner theatre, “Wild Bill’s Stunt Spectacular”, into a new dinner theater experience with a Pirate theme.

The building underwent a comprehensive conversion which added 820 seats around a themed thrust stage surrounded by water. Additions to the facility included a new preshow and bar, gift shop and expanded commercial kitchen. To create the thrust stage and tiered audience seating the existing floor level was lowered by 17 feet and new steel trusses installed to eliminate internal columns and provide a clear view across the auditorium. Special effects and stage equipment that are a part of the facility include sound system, theatrical lighting, water treatment system, trampoline and rigging for stunt performers.
