Red lion hotel

DKY provided services for a comprehensive renovation of the existing hotel complex consisting of two guest room towers and a lobby building. Guest rooms and corridors received new finishes and fixtures were reworked.

The lobby building received a new entry, a redesigned porte-cochere, a new meeting/ ballroom, new registration and check-in counter and a new Grab N’ Go. The vehicle entry between the two guest towers was removed to create a new landscaped connector garden.

Exterior design elements were added to unify the building group and provide a new unique identity. The lobby building received new finishes and fixtures and the public restrooms were expanded and modernized.

The hotel pool area received new landscape and hardscape features, decorative screen wall and fire feature.
