The Pinnacle is a high-rise residential community located in Shanghai, China.
POD Design provided the overall landscape plan and signage design. Highlights of the plan include a main entry area with a guard house and fountain, a main entry for pedestrian traffic, senior activity plaza, children’s playground, great lawn area, quiet gathering spaces, and a roof top garden.
The POD team custom-designed all of the site furnishings, water fountains, trellis, and detailed the perimeter security fence.
