Tong Ren Su Zhou Enterprise Park

The Enterprise Park is a new city which aimed to attract the latest technology companies and to develop a complete upstream and downstream supply chain. It also provides offices for state-of-art enterprise headquarters and research centers, as well as necessary residential, governmental, institutional, retail, and entertainment.

The plan called for total 371 hectares of land development, 3,830,000 sq meter of building. All developments are under the guidelines of SOD (Service oriented development), EOD (Ecologyoriented development) and TOD (Transit-oriented
development).

A greenway and park system connected all nodes in the entire zone. The Park creates a new city that not only for people to work, live, and play; but also utilize the latest technology to meet the rigorous green city criteria to build a sustainable environment.
