Description:
Xiang Shan mixed-use development, located in the City of Xiang Shan, Zhejiang Province, China, is a very high-density development with a 74,775 sqm Wanda shopping mall, a 31,992 sqm specialty retail street, a residential community which can hold 839 families, and near 30,000 sqm office spaces.
The total site is 172,630 sqm and the underground parking area has the capacity to hold 2,519 parking spaces.
POD Design teamed with architectural design firm HH to complete the overall site planning and design, set up the theme for the specialty retail street, and provided the detailed landscape and hardscape construction documents.
The project is under construction now and scheduled to open in the year 2021.
