Description:
Jing Yan’an project is a themed mixed-used development owned by the State-owned development company, Shaanxi Tourism Development Group.
The overall theme generated from the history of current Chinese government before it took the power, and to restore the layout of old City of Yan’an, which was destroyed in WWII. Also, it needs to provide spaces for current events and celebration.
POD Design worked very closely with the client and the architect, participated in all phases from the beginning to the end, developed the outdoor landscape style that fits the theme and the function, completed the project on time and on budget.
