BDR design was selected to create a new development that tied several existing, under functioning casinos together.

Our concept created a master plan that envisioned a new community plaza with fountains and waterfalls cascading from thematic cliffs that includes themed retail and restaurants, while providing internal circulation between venues.

The new plaza not only ties the development together, but resolves changes of grade along the mountainside.

We provided a new gondola ride to the top of the mountain that opens up to a resort and golf course, while allowing an ice rink, spa and themed restaurant to capture the view of the mountains.
